POWER PRINTING

The Power Printing technique is a printing method used in the apparel industry to create high-quality, vibrant, and durable prints on garments. It is a combination of sublimation printing and heat transfer technology.
Power Printing offers several advantages, firstly, it allows for full-colour prints with high-resolution details, making it suitable for complex designs and photographic prints. Secondly, the prints are durable and long-lasting, as the ink becomes a part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This ensures that the prints do not crack, fade, or peel off easily, even after multiple washes.
Power Printing is also versatile and can be used on various types of fabrics, including polyester, nylon, and blends. We recommend Power Printing technology when your branding stands out and withstands the test of time.
LOCAL EMBROIDERY

Whether you prefer a classic embroidered logo or intricate detailing, our embroidery techniques ensure precision and attention to every stitch.
With a wide range of thread colours and styles to choose from, we can perfectly match your brand's colours and capture the essence of your design. Our embroidery process guarantees long-lasting quality, as the threads are tightly woven into the fabric, ensuring durability even after repeated wear and washing.
From promotional caps to beanies and visors, our embroidery technique can be applied to a variety of headwear materials, ensuring a seamless integration with your desired product
PLASTISOL

The Plastisol decoration process involves the use of plastisol ink, a type of screen printing ink that is made from PVC particles. Logo is screen printed onto a special adhesive paper and with a glue is then heat pressed onto the cap/hat.
